King Bean

Born and raised in Stow, Ohio, I spent my early days riding bikes with friends, playing video games (Nintendo 64 and Frogger, specifically), and taking apart random electronics behind a recliner. Getting suspended in 5th grade for a bomb threat could be the dumbest thing I’ve done in my life, even up until now. I played baseball pretty much from birth until age 14, when I stopped playing out of lack of enjoyment. High school was good to me, it’s where I made most of the friends I still spend time with today, and also where I got my foundation for programming taking a Computer Science class sophomore year. I was in a career program called the Engineering Academy my junior and senior years, which introduced me to the wonderful world of technology and 3-D printing, along with providing me with 2 of my all-time favorite teachers. I am currently a student at the University of Akron studying Computer Engineering. I am an avid music listener, programmer, and Super Smash Bros. Melee player. Catch me on a normal day outside hiking or laying in my hammock, listening to music, playing video games, or programming/creating really really pretty looking things. Music is definitely one of the most important parts of my life right now; if you want to see what I’m listening to, follow my playlists on Spotify or check out my Soundcloud feed. I only live by one rule: don’t be a dick. Ask me questions, follow me on social media, and don’t be a stranger!
